Exercise log: 
Friday: WT (legs, back, bis) 45 min., walk 30 min. 
Sweet stuff - Mini Snickers, 4 donut holes, muffin top

Saturday: 30 min. jog/walk
Bad stuff - 4 slices of pizza (shame shame shame), liquor, some Bugles...

Sunday: 35 min. long run
Bad stuff - apple pie with ice cream, cookie

Monday: 60 min. jog/walk
